Техники Рефлексологии Кисти
👍 Polegar
Используйте большой палец, чтобы приложить сильное, но мягкое давление круговым или шагающим движением.
👆 Dedo
Используйте указательный палец или сустав для меньших, более точных точек.
⏱️ Duração
Работайте над каждой точкой 30-60 секунд. Общая сессия: 10-15 минут на кисть.
📅 Frequência
Практикуйте ежедневно или 2-3 раза в неделю для лучших результатов.
⚠️ Precauções
Избегайте рефлексологии при травмах кисти, переломах или обострениях артрита. Остановитесь, если чувствуете боль.

Hand reflexology applies the same idea as foot reflexology to the palms: that specific points correspond to organs and systems elsewhere in the body. This page shows the map as practitioners use it, then states what the practice has and has not been shown to do. As with the foot version, there is no anatomical connection between these zones and the organs they are mapped to, and it should not be used to diagnose or treat disease.
The zone map as practitioners use it
The hand map mirrors the foot map in structure: fingers correspond to the head and neck, the upper palm to the chest, the middle palm to the abdominal organs, and the base of the palm to the pelvis. The thumb side is mapped to the spine. It is presented here as a description of the practice, not as anatomy.
- Different reflexology traditions publish different hand maps, and they disagree with each other and with the corresponding foot maps.
- Hand reflexology is often presented as a self-administered alternative to foot work, which is why it appears in self-help material more than in practitioner settings.
| Area of the hand | Zone it is mapped to in reflexology |
|---|---|
| Fingertips | Head, sinuses, brain |
| Thumb | Head, neck, pituitary |
| Base of the fingers | Eyes, ears |
| Upper palm, below the fingers | Lungs, chest |
| Centre of the palm | Stomach, liver (right hand), spleen (left hand) |
| Lower palm | Intestines, kidneys, bladder |
| Thumb-side edge | Spine |
| Little-finger-side edge | Shoulder, arm |
| Wrist crease | Pelvis, reproductive organs |
What the evidence supports
There is no known anatomical or physiological mechanism connecting discrete points on the palm to specific internal organs, and no imaging or physiological study has demonstrated one. Reflexology should not be used as a diagnostic method, and a tender point on the hand does not indicate disease in a mapped organ.
What hand massage plausibly does is more modest: firm, attentive touch is relaxing, and small trials in nursing settings report short-term reductions in anxiety and self-reported pain. Those studies are generally small, hard to blind, and cannot separate the specific technique from general massage, attention and expectation. They support hand reflexology as a comfort measure, not as a treatment.
- Reasonable expectation: a pleasant hand massage that may temporarily ease tension or anxiety.
- Not supported: diagnosing conditions, treating organ disease, or substituting for medical care.
Safety considerations
Hand reflexology on healthy hands is low risk, and lower risk than the foot version because the specific hazards around deep vein thrombosis and diabetic foot ulceration do not apply in the same way. There are still situations where firm hand pressure is a bad idea.
- Active inflammatory arthritis flare, gout affecting the hand, or acute injury or fracture.
- Open wounds, cellulitis or any active skin infection on the hand.
- Recent hand or wrist surgery, or a healing tendon repair.
- Significant peripheral neuropathy, where reduced sensation means pressure injury can occur without pain being felt.
- Lymphoedema of the arm, commonly after axillary lymph node surgery, where firm massage should be guided by a lymphoedema specialist.
- Most importantly: not as a reason to delay assessment of a new or worsening symptom.
Ограничения
- The zone maps have no demonstrated anatomical basis, and different traditions place the same organs in different locations.
- Hand reflexology has not been shown to diagnose any medical condition, and a tender point does not indicate disease in a mapped organ.
- Trials reporting relaxation or pain benefits are typically small, short and difficult to blind, and cannot separate the technique from general massage and attention.
- Any reported benefit is short term and symptomatic, with no evidence of effect on the underlying cause of any disease.
- The safety exclusions above should be treated as genuine, particularly neuropathy, active infection and lymphoedema.
- This page is descriptive. Nothing here should delay medical assessment of a symptom.
Частые вопросы
Does hand reflexology work?
Not as its zone theory claims. There is no anatomical connection between points on the palm and specific organs, and it has not been shown to diagnose or treat disease. As a relaxing hand massage it may temporarily ease tension, which is a real but much more modest effect.
Can pressing points on my hand relieve a headache?
Hand massage is relaxing and may help tension-type symptoms through that route, which is not the same as the zone map being correct. A new, severe or unusual headache needs medical assessment rather than self-treatment.
Is hand reflexology safer than foot reflexology?
Somewhat, because the specific hazards around deep vein thrombosis and diabetic foot ulceration do not apply in the same way. Firm hand pressure should still be avoided in active arthritis flares, infection, recent surgery, neuropathy and arm lymphoedema.
Why do hand and foot reflexology charts disagree?
Because both are conventions passed down within traditions rather than descriptions of anatomy. If they reflected a real physiological relationship, independently derived maps would converge instead of differing.
Can I do it on myself?
Yes, and self-administered hand massage is harmless on healthy hands. Treat it as a relaxation practice rather than as a treatment, and do not let it substitute for getting a symptom looked at.
